Reason 1: Insert the card has not directly run the software.
Solution: Close the software, insert the card, the software will automatically run.
Reason 2: there are other applications are running on the card, such as HyperTerminal, or has been running on the wireless network card software.
Solution: Close the software.

No R-UIM card
Cause 1: There is no R-UIM card inserted.
Solution: can not insert the correct R-UIM card or made a mistake and back.
Reason 2: UIM card is bad, CDMA mobile phones can be used to verify.
Solution: It may be on the R-UIM card deck damage.

Dial-up failure
Reason 1: user name, password, phone number, wrong settings.
Solution: Click on settings, click Restore Settings
Reason 2: R-UIM arrears.
Solution: play Unicom advice hotline.
3 reasons: network congestion or failure.
Solution: a later dial.
Not registered in the dial-up network.
Reason 1: the Internet may be on the card in the state, "If after the call, immediately click on the Internet, often such a phenomenon"
Solution: re-dialing, can be successful.
Reason 2: the signal was too weak.
Solution: Detection of the local network using cell phone signals, or to check whether the plug a good antenna, or check the signal strength indication (and I have dedicated to the signal test software).
